I'm Stacey Barber

A certified clinical hypnotherapist. I know first hand what it’s like to juggle work and life and to lose passion and purpose in what you do. I've spent my whole career figuring it out, and I can confidently say I've pretty much mastered it.

My clients are career professionals who have gone on to land dream roles, master work-life harmony, find purpose in roles they didn’t think were right for them, and maintain well-being. Now it’s your turn.

My hypnotherapy journey began with a personal victory—I quit smoking through hypnosis, which sparked my passion for understanding and working with the mind. In the last two years, I have also stopped drinking alcohol, managed a few unwanted habits and behaviours, and developed an even higher level of inner peace. I truly do practice what I preach.

With additional training in mental health in the workplace and a strong foundation in mindfulness, I offer a holistic approach to support you fully. My background in the corporate world and personal experiences managing the many challenges professionals face equip me to help you navigate career challenges and find a path aligned with your values and aspirations.
