I spent nearly two decades in demanding roles, ambitious, driven, and determined to prove myself. On the outside, I looked successful. But inside, I was running on empty, disconnected, and questioning what it was all really for.
That constant push eventually led me to burnout… and the realisation that success without fulfilment isn’t success at all.
And while there were moments I truly did find fulfilment in my work as an employee, I knew something deeper was missing, something that couldn’t be fixed by just changing jobs or climbing higher.
So, I made a change. I retrained as a Life Coach, then as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, drawn to the belief that lasting change starts in the mind.
Now, I help professionals recover from burnout, reduce stress, and rebuild careers that feel aligned, meaningful, and deeply fulfilling.

As soon as you register, you'll receive a welcome email with all the necessary links and information to get started right away. There is a resource library for video sessions, bonus content, as well as the Terms and Conditions and consent forms that need to be completed.
You’ll receive 10 personalised 1:1 hypnotherapy sessions, each approximately 60 minutes long, plus 3 milestone check-ins to support your progress.
This structure creates space for meaningful change, reinforcing new neural pathways through repetition, consistency, and reflective integration.
You’ll have access to all pre-recorded video sessions and downloadable tools for the full duration of your programme. Continued access may be available at Stacey’s discretion, unless the training is discontinued or your payment plan remains incomplete.
Yes, you’ll receive ongoing support between sessions via email. You can reach out anytime with questions or for guidance, and I’ll respond as soon as I can, typically within seven days or sooner. You’ll also have dedicated check-in sessions built into the programme to keep your progress on track and ensure you feel fully supported every step of the way.
In addition to the scheduled one-to-one hypnotherapy sessions, the video sessions and tasks can be completed at your own pace. However, for the best results, I recommend working through them weekly over the 12 week programme. The video sessions are designed to be short and impactful, but the tasks require thoughtful self-discovery and reflection. Some tasks need to be done daily and will take around 30 minutes. Overall, you should plan to dedicate a few hours each week, including daily reflections, to fully engage with the material and truly explore your inner self.
IMPORTANT: Please be advised that hypnotherapy outcomes may vary from client to client. It is important to note that no therapy can guarantee a 100% result. As part of my process, all clients are required to complete a questionnaire during their Initial Consultation to disclose certain medical information before undergoing hypnotherapy. While clinical hypnotherapy is generally safe, we recommend that individuals who are epileptic or undergoing psychiatric treatment obtain a letter from their medical practitioner to confirm their suitability for hypnotherapy.
