As soon as you register, you'll receive a welcome email with all the necessary links and information to get started right away. There is a resource library for video sessions, bonus content, as well as the Terms and Conditions and consent forms that need to be completed.
The program includes 10 one-to-one hypnotherapy sessions, each approximately 60 minutes long. This structure allows ample time for significant change, helping to reinforce new neural pathways through repetition and consistent practice.
I currently offer online sessions during mid-week evenings at 8pm and all day on Saturday and Sunday, all times are based on UK time. For clients outside of the UK please contact me to discuss sessions times before purchasing the program. The best results are achieved across 10 consecutive weeks.
You will have unlimited lifetime access to all pre-recorded training videos and additional resources unless the training is discontinued or you failed to complete your payment plan.
Yes, I provide ongoing support between sessions through the private Facebook group exclusively for members of The Purposeful Professional Program. I also host regular group calls to answer questions and offer guidance. I frequently participate in the group to answer queries and provide additional guidance, ensuring you have the assistance you need throughout your journey.
In addition to the scheduled one-to-one hypnotherapy sessions, the video sessions and tasks can be completed at your own pace. However, for the quickest and best results, I recommend working through them weekly over the 3 month program. The video sessions are designed to be short and impactful, but the tasks require thoughtful self-discovery and reflection. Some tasks need to be done daily and will take around 30 minutes. Overall, you should plan to dedicate a few hours each week, including daily reflections, to fully engage with the material and truly explore your inner self.
